“An Evening with Norman Mailer.” Interview by William McDonald. Lone Star Review, Dallas Times Herald, April, 1, 3, 13. Mainly comments on the genesis of Of Women and Their Elegance (80.15), with two humorous stories as bookends: one about Mailer’s first days in the 112th Cavalry and another about going to a Brooklyn bar with Truman Capote.
