“Mailler [sic] Speaks for City TNT.” Article by unidentified writer. Goucher [College] Weekly, 14 April 1968, 3. Brief piece describing Mailer’s speech at “Train Now for Tomorrow,” an organization helping inner city students in Baltimore attend good schools. Mailer spoke of the dangers of psychedelic drugs—“gambling with individual souls”—and the inevitable price to be paid. The journalist described him as being “witty, vicious, crass and profound in various degrees all evening.”
