“Interview with Norman Mailer.” Article-interview by Joseph Cummins. BOMC Insights, May, 1. A second piece drawn from the same January visit to Mailer’s home in Brooklyn Heights. Mailer describes Marina Oswald, whom he interviewed for five days in Texas: “She’s only in her early 50s, but she’s bent over as if she were holding a stone on her back….She has this obsessive question: ‘How much of this is my fault?’” See 95.10.
