My throat is sore again. (I don’t know why I wrote again.) It became sore about an hour after my nose stopped running. For a while I was fighting it—I think I used to get sick so much because I was always fighting my body needs, fighting my sickness, loathing it. This time I will accept my sore throat, feel its soreness, relax in the very soreness, and I have the hunch (a sudden warping of the body-mind which is why hunches are forcings, premature predictions, lacks of patience) that my sore throat will go away if only I give myself truly to it.
