What I suspect about Lipton’s is that a great deal of its effect may be due to the concentration upon breathing, and the unaccustomed breathing we do. Our lives, our bodies, our existences “corporeally” rather than cellularly depend and exist upon our breathing habits. To learn to breathe “better” is probably the fastest way to improve one’s health.
