Norris Church Mailer (born Barbara Jean Davis) was author of the memoir, ''A Ticket to the Circus'', and the novels ''Cheap Diamonds'' and ''Windchill Summer''. In 1980, she married Norman Mailer and remained with him almost 33 years until his death in 2007.
