Hello, this is Dillbug. I am a genuine Georgia peach, having been born and raised in the very heart of Georgia. Over the years I have lived in various parts of the south and southwest, but have always managed to find my way back home to Georgia. I love painting figurines, watching movies, and playing all types of games (both real and video). I have a very robust competitive nature and games tend to satisfy my need to win. Much of my experience stems from having spent over thirty-five years in business management. My current focus is to share my knowledge and experience with future generations in order to help prepare students to be successful in their future endeavors.

== Early Life ==
A strong desire to enhance my writing, communication, and research skills and a lifelong love of learning are what led me to joining the Wikipedia community. Researching the effects of embedded tutoring on student learning and the methods organizations use to retain expert knowledge of employees nearing retirement age are primary areas of interest. I also have a special personal interest in learning about children born with chromosome deficiencies and its impact on their quality of life.
