“For My Small Share, Norman Mailer.” Article by Susan Schaefer Ingram. South St. Star (Philadelphia), 31 March, 1, 16, 17. Ingram’s title is what Mailer signed in her copy of a history of the Village Voice during his visit to University of Pennsylvania.
