Besides I may discover more by going back. Exposition for me when it works always creates new ideas. Which is why I’m a writer. The act of writing is creative for me too whereas for people who are not writers it is merely crude exposition, cliché exposition, which is why the slick writer is usually safe—the exposition of his conception does not carry him further, does not get him into danger.
