Ah, thank you for you invitation, but it can’t be done. I’m in trouble. I’m writing a novel for Esquire over the next eight months and since this by definition is a serial, I am suffering the perils of Pauline. Could you send me a copy of the symposium when it comes out?

Dear Reed Whittemore,[1]

Ah, thank you for you invitation, but it can’t be done. I’m in trouble. I’m writing a novel for Esquire over the next eight months and since this by definition is a serial, I am suffering the perils of Pauline. Could you send me a copy of the symposium when it comes out?
