Though these items still need attention: (1) there should be no space between the punctuation mark and your footnote code (see: [[PM:RA#In-text_Citations]]; (2) end punctuation needs to be moved to inside the closing quotation mark (when applicable); (3) and, yes, fang quotation marks (and apostrophes) need to be corrected.
