The horrible thought occurs that all my letter and consonant theories may come out of no more than their propinquity on the typewriter keyboard. But on the other hand, those letters were arranged because they bore a certain relation in use and frequency, etc. It might be worthwhile to explore the theories of setting up letters on the typewriter keyboard.
