1. Sources without author. a. God-Language section, first para. Reference to 1928 Book of Common Prayer published in 1993. However, with no last name from the works cited entry to include in the sfn, the only thing that shows up is the year of publication, 1993. It is quite misleading. What is a better way to represent this reference? Also, when you click on the sfn, it doesn't link up with the full citation. b. God-Language section, second para, straddling p. 335-336. Reference to King James Version of the Bible. Again, the only thing that shows up is the year of publication. However, it had a twist--I needed to include a scripture reference, and the only way I knew to do that was as a page number, which appears odd. How should I show the scripture reference? Also, when you click on the sfn, it doesn't link up with the full citation.
