the TESOL Newsletter. He has taught and held administrative posts at several&lt;br /&gt;
universities. He has worked internationally, in Africa, Asia and the Middle&lt;br /&gt;
East, directed the delivery of the first online university course in central&lt;br /&gt;
Siberia, and later held the position as vice president of an online learning&lt;br /&gt;
corporation. He has led teams developing applications for trainable neural&lt;br /&gt;
network and computational linguistics systems. The novel &amp;#039;&amp;#039;Brain Game&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&lt;br /&gt;
draws from his experiences in these fields. He is a member of the Maryland&lt;br /&gt;
Writers’ Association and the Writer’s Center.&lt;br /&gt;
