Report on a 30 April meeting sponsored by New York University and the Theatre for Ideas titled “A Dialogue on Women’s Liberation” at Town Hall in New York. Joining [[Norman Mailer|Mailer]], the moderator, on the panel were Jacqueline Ceballos, President of the New York City chapter of the National Organization for Women, and three writers: Germaine Greer, Jill Johnston and Diana Trilling. All are quoted and/or paraphrased. A documentary film, ''Town Bloody Hall'', was later made about the evening by Donn Pennebaker. Mailer said later that his hair began to turn white on this night.
