Sal Fallica was born in Brooklyn, NY. He earned his doctorate at New York University, in the Department of Media, Culture and Communication, where he studied with Neil Postman; and it is where he teaches courses in propaganda, political rhetoric, and media culture. He was recently awarded the “Excellence in Teaching” from the Steinhardt School of Education, New York University. Dr. Fallica is working on a project examining Norman Mailer and celebrity culture.
